Q. When will my order arrive?

A: Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after ordering. An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the order has been shipped. Orders are dispatched from our nearest warehouse based on your location.
Here are estimated delivery times based on current shipping schedules:

Australia: 6 to 14 business days

Times may vary due to high shipping periods, national holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Q. Has my order already been shipped?

A: Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, but please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case it landed there. If you cannot find your shipping email or may have deleted it, please contact us at support@vitalauraint.com, and we can inform you in real time if your order has been shipped.

Q. My item arrived damaged or broken. What can I do?

A: First, our apologies if this has happened. To help us resolve this, please take photos and send them to us at support@vitalauraint.com. Once received, our team will work on the issue. We must be notified within 48 hours of the package’s arrival. Unfortunately, damages during shipping are beyond our control. In such cases, we will send you a replacement package free of charge the first time. However, we cannot offer refunds. If it arrives damaged a second time, we will fully refund your purchase.

Q. I ordered 2 or more items, why have I only received one?

A: When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately as the products are dispatched from different warehouses we operate. You may receive one item before the others. So don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once… you will receive everything!

Q. I need to cancel or modify my order. How do I do that?

A: We always do our best to cancel your order, but if your order has already been shipped or processed, we cannot cancel it.
If you want to modify your order, such as changing the style, size, or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any adjustments, provided your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes, but we are happy to accept a return if you wish.

Q. Can I get a refund or return?

A: We have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, with the box, packaging, and all accessories included.
